Carbon Reduction Plan

4Q Healthcare is a Small and Medium-sizsd Enterprise (SME) company (under 10 staff) with a keen awareness of the power of global emissions to irreparably hurt the planet that has served us for so long and so well. Thus, 4Q Healthcare is committed to achieving zero net emissions by 2040.

Baseline Emissions

We project that our total emissions which covers the following:

✔ Scope 1 (for direct emissions from owned or controlled sources),
✔ Scope 2 (for indirect emissions from the generation of purchased energy), and
✔ Scope 3 (for all other indirect emissions that occur in a company's value chain)

amounts to 8 tonnes per annual.

Emissions reduction target

4Q Healthcare is a fast growing company and we project we would consume more than the projected tonnage going forward

• We are working to deliver a 25% reduction in carbon emissions per capita by the end of 2025
• We intend to achieve a 50% per capita decrease in emissions by 2030.
• We intend to achieve Net Zero by 2040.

Carbon Reduction Initiatives

The below are some of the initiatives we practice and will continue implementing in order to achieve net zero emissions such as:

Reducing our office footprint
- Continued energy efficiency measures across the property portfolio such as using of laptops over desktop computers
- Switch to renewable energy where possible
Reducing emissions from business travel
- Limiting unnecessary business travel
- Travel in public transportation where available
- Promoting the use of foot or bicycles for business movements within a small radius.
Influencing emissions reductions in our supply chain
- Introduce a sustainable procurement policy with carbon footprint built into decision making
- Reviewing “hot spots” in our supply chain and addressing where possible
Governance, capacity building and culture
- Implementing new data systems to accurately track emissions
- Launch new emission reduction initiatives across our business ever
- Responsible business training for all employees, including methods for reducing carbonara footprint in their role.
